I’m a transformation consultant and program leader with 15+ years of experience driving enterprise-wide operational transformation, AI readiness, process optimization, and technology modernization initiatives. I lead cross-functional programs that redesign workflows, improve organizational effectiveness, and enable scalable adoption of automation and AI capabilities. I'm adept at identifying high-value transformation opportunities, aligning business and technology teams, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, scalability, and business performance. Most recently, I’ve worked on improving cross-functional workflows and driving measurable ROI through automation and process redesign.
